Tomorrow – Friday, October 26 – marks the 26th time The Virginia Military Institute and Washington & Lee University will play each other in the Lee-Jackson Classic. In what VMI’s online media guide describes as “one of the longest rivalries in NCAA lacrosse, dating back to the 1988 season,” the Lee-Jackson Classic will surely provide plenty of excitement for the collegiate fall-ball season. Many college teams utilize intrasquad scrimmages or charity scrimmage events to test their squads during the brief fall ball practice season. The Classic is a unique alternative that provides the atmosphere of a late-season rivalry game for an already competitive lacrosse match-up.
Prodigy would like to thank the athletic staffs of both VMI and W&L for entertaining the idea of creating a highlight video. We will see you at Wilson Field tomorrow.
